I booked Delta but my flight says SkyWest — is that a problem?
No. SkyWest operates the aircraft under a Delta Connection contract. Your ticket, fare rules, baggage allowance, loyalty earning and refund rights all remain with Delta. Handle everything through Delta.
Who do I contact if my SkyWest-operated flight is cancelled?
The mainline carrier whose code is on your ticket — Delta, United, American or Alaska. SkyWest cannot rebook you, and DOT refund obligations sit with the ticketing carrier.
Will my carry-on fit on a SkyWest CRJ?
Often not. CRJ overhead bins are small and full-size carry-ons are routinely gate-checked at the jet bridge. This is free and your bag is returned at the jet bridge on arrival, but move anything valuable or essential into your personal item before boarding.
