Which transfer type suits your arrival
The right choice is mostly about arrival time, luggage and party size rather than budget. A shared shuttle that saves $30 is a poor trade when it adds an hour to a 1am arrival with two tired children.
Private chauffeur
A named driver meets you in arrivals with a board, helps with bags, and takes only your party. The fare is fixed when you book, so traffic and terminal delays do not change what you pay. Best when you are arriving late, travelling with luggage, or going somewhere a taxi queue will not serve.
Shared shuttle
A scheduled minibus running a fixed loop between the terminal and a set of hotels. Roughly half the cost of a private car and the greener option, at the price of waiting for a departure slot and stopping at other hotels before yours. Sensible for solo travellers on a flexible schedule.
Executive & luxury
Mercedes E-Class, S-Class and equivalent, with a professional chauffeur and a longer included wait. Used for client-facing travel and occasions where the vehicle is part of the point.
Van & group
Six to sixteen seats with real luggage capacity — the practical answer for families with car seats, ski or golf equipment, or a group that would otherwise need three separate cars.

Airport transfer questions
How is an airport transfer different from just taking a taxi or an Uber?
A transfer is booked and priced in advance for a specific flight. The driver tracks your flight number, so a delayed or diverted arrival does not cost you the booking, and the fare does not move with surge pricing or traffic. A taxi or rideshare is decided on arrival: usually cheaper on a short, simple hop in a city with a good rank, and usually worse at 1am, in bad weather, with a lot of luggage, or anywhere the queue is long.
How long does the driver wait if my flight is delayed?
Private transfers normally include 45 to 60 minutes of free waiting from actual landing time, and the driver is watching your flight number rather than your scheduled time. Longer waits are chargeable by the hour. Shared shuttles run to a timetable and cannot hold for a delayed flight — you are moved to the next available departure instead.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Private and luxury transfers are priced per vehicle, so the cost per head falls as your party grows — for three or more people a private car is often cheaper than individual shuttle seats. Shared shuttles are priced per seat.
What about tolls, parking and the meet-and-greet fee?
Quoted fares include tolls, airport access charges and standard parking for the meet. Ask before booking about airports with unusual charges, and note that gratuity is not included in the fare and is customary in the US.
Can I book a transfer without booking anything else?
Yes. Transfers are a standalone service — you do not need to have booked the flight or the hotel through us. Tell the consultant the flight number, the drop-off address and the party size, and you will get a fixed quote back.
