- Additional drivers must meet the same age/license requirements and be registered at the counter (daily fee applies).
- Smoking
- All vehicles are strictly non-smoking; a deep-cleaning fee applies for violations.
- Pets
- Pets are not permitted except certified service animals.
- EV charging
- Return with at least the pickup charge level (typically 70%+), or a recharge fee applies. Public charging costs are the renter's responsibility.
- Tolls
- Tolls are the renter's responsibility; some vehicles include an electronic toll tag billed after return.
