Spend 2 days discovering Jaipur, India — Semi-arid climate with scorching summers (highs 39-42°C in May-June), a short but heavy monsoon July-September, and mild, dry winters (highs 22-24°C, cool nights). October to March, with pleasant highs of 22-29°C, ideal for fort-hopping and rooftop dining; avoid May-June (highs 40°C+). This itinerary blends Amber Fort, City Palace, Johari Bazaar with free time to explore at your own pace, backed by round-trip flights, handpicked accommodation, and a dedicated travel consultant from enquiry through departure.
DAY 1
Land at Jaipur International Airport (JAI) and take your included private transfer to your hotel. With limited time on the ground, head straight out to Amber Fort — Hilltop Rajput fort-palace with mirrored Sheesh Mahal. Round off the evening with a welcome dinner introducing you to local flavors.
DAY 2
Start early with a visit to City Palace — Royal residence complex with museums and courtyards. Grab a last taste of local life before your private transfer to JAI for your onward flight.
Most foreign nationals require an Indian e-Visa applied for online before travel. Indian citizens need no visa, and OCI/PIO cardholders travel visa-free with a linked foreign passport — a frequent arrangement for NRIs visiting Rajasthan on family trips.

Jaipur is safe for tourists who stay alert, particularly around tourist hotspots and transport hubs — avoid displaying valuables and use hotel-recommended transport after dark.
The local currency is INR. Carry some cash for smaller vendors — card acceptance can be inconsistent outside major hotels and malls.
It also works well for families — highlights include Chokhi Dhani village experience.

Everything was handled for us — flights, hotel, transfers, and tours to Hawa Mahal and Jantar Mantar, Jaipur. Great communication from the consultant before departure too.

Our trip to Jaipur was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel was clean and well located, and the guided visit to Chokhi Dhani was a real highlight. Airport transfers were on time both ways.

Booked this as a family of 4 trip and it was well paced. Galtaji Temple grounds in particular stood out. A couple of the transfers ran a little late but nothing that spoiled the trip.

Jaipur is stunning and this package covered the essentials well, especially Galtaji Temple grounds. The hotel could have been a little closer to the center but transport was easy.

Booked this as a solo trip and it was well paced. City Palace in particular stood out. A couple of the transfers ran a little late but nothing that spoiled the trip.

Albert Hall Museum alone was worth the trip, but combined with Amber Fort this itinerary really delivered. Breakfast at the hotel was good every day and the local guide was knowledgeable.
