We added a couple of optional activities beyond Mutrah Corniche and don't regret it. Good value for what was included, and the food recommendations from our guide were spot on.

Our trip to Muscat was fantastic from start to finish. The hotel was clean and well located, and the guided visit to Bimmah Sinkhole and Wadi Shab day trip was a real highlight. Airport transfers were on time both ways.

Booked this as a family of 4 trip and it was well paced. Mutrah Souq in particular stood out. A couple of the transfers ran a little late but nothing that spoiled the trip.

Royal Opera House Muscat guided tour alone was worth the trip, but combined with Al Alam Palace this itinerary really delivered. Breakfast at the hotel was good every day and the local guide was knowledgeable.
