Spend 7 days discovering Vancouver, Canada — Temperate oceanic climate, the mildest in Canada — wet, mild winters (highs around 7°C, frequent rain) and warm, dry-ish summers (highs around 22°C). June to September is driest and warmest for hiking, beaches and Stanley Park; December to March draws skiers to nearby Whistler. This itinerary blends Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, Vancouver Aquarium, Stanley Park seawall with free time to explore at your own pace, backed by round-trip flights, handpicked accommodation, and a dedicated travel consultant from enquiry through departure.
DAY 1
Land at Vancouver International Airport (YVR) and take your included private transfer to your hotel. After settling in, ease into the trip with a relaxed visit to Capilano Suspension Bridge Park — 137m suspension bridge over a forested canyon plus treetop walkways. Round off the evening with a welcome dinner introducing you to local flavors.
DAY 2
Morning visit to Vancouver Aquarium — Stanley Park aquarium with a strong marine conservation focus. In the afternoon, continue to Grouse Mountain — Gondola ride to alpine hiking, ziplining and grizzly bear habitat. Evening free to explore local restaurants and nightlife.
DAY 3
Morning visit to Museum of Anthropology at UBC — World-renowned collection of Pacific Northwest Indigenous art. In the afternoon, continue to Science World — Iconic geodesic-dome science museum on False Creek. Evening free to explore local restaurants and nightlife.
DAY 4
Full-day excursion to Whistler, a popular side trip from Vancouver. Return to Vancouver in the evening with time free to explore on your own.
DAY 5
A lighter day to recharge, shop, or add an optional experience. Popular choices include Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge (free alternative to Capilano) — your consultant can book add-ons like this on request.
DAY 6
Morning visit to Vancouver Art Gallery — Downtown art museum in a former courthouse building. In the afternoon, continue to FlyOver Canada — Immersive flight-simulation ride over Canadian landscapes. Evening free to explore local restaurants and nightlife.
DAY 7
Enjoy a final morning at leisure — perhaps one last visit to Sea to Sky Gondola (Squamish) or some souvenir shopping — before your private transfer to YVR for your departure flight.

Everything was handled for us — flights, hotel, transfers, and tours to Queen Elizabeth Park and Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. Great communication from the consultant before departure too.

Booked this as a couple trip and it was well paced. Museum of Anthropology at UBC in particular stood out. A couple of the transfers ran a little late but nothing that spoiled the trip.

Vancouver is stunning and this package covered the essentials well, especially VanDusen Botanical Garden. The hotel could have been a little closer to the center but transport was easy.

Stanley Park seawall alone was worth the trip, but combined with Grouse Mountain this itinerary really delivered. Breakfast at the hotel was good every day and the local guide was knowledgeable.
